First Timer

So, I'm not exactly sure what I am doing with this whole blogging thing, but apparently it's "the thing to do!!!". I feel kind of funny doing it, but I am certain that I will become addicted to it. Ben has suggested that I start a blog so that we can keep everyone up to date on the happenings up here in the great white north (I tell you, it deserves that name). So it is that I have started this blog.
